RFP - BMR Administrator Services

Summary

You are invited to submit proposals to provide BMR Administrator Services for the City of Los Altos, outlined and delineated in the enclosed Scope of Services. Proposals are due to the Development Services Department before 4:00 PM, Monday, May 20, 2024.

The City of Los Altos is requesting proposals from qualified affordable housing/below market rate administrators to provide consulting services to assist City staff with the management of the City’s affordable housing program. The City intends to manage some aspects of the affordable housing program in-house and work with the Consultant to perform tasks as needed as defined in the RFP.
