Preschool Age Enrichment Program Management and Operation

The city of Los Altos Parks & Recreation department is soliciting proposals from qualified providers for management and operation of a preschool age enrichment program to service the Los Altos community. This includes program implementation, procurement of equipment and supplies, staffing, and possible additional elements at two (2) locations -- the Los Altos Community Center Acorn Room located at 97 Hillview Avenue, Los Altos, CA 94022 and the San Antonio Club located at 647 North San Antonio Road, Los Altos, CA 94022.

The City will consider proposals from individuals or providers who send a representative to the preproposal meeting, and who meet most of the qualifications outlined in this RFP. The City reserves the right to waive any of its minimum qualifications for a good cause and to award the work based upon the best overall value.

Mandatory Preproposal Meeting
A mandatory preproposal meeting is scheduled at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, to review the locations' existing conditions at 97 Hillview Avenue, Los Altos, CA 94022 and 647 North San Antonio Road, Los Altos, CA 94022. Representatives of the City will be present. Questions at the preproposal meeting not specifically addressed within the documents shall be answered in writing, and shall be provided to all submitting providers.
