RFP - COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPACT FEE STUDY AND COST ALLOCATION PLAN

Summary

The City of Los Altos is seeking a qualified consultant (or team of consultants) to assist staff with a comprehensive review and revision of the City’s development-related fees, including development impact fees and in-lieu fees, as well as any user fees associated with development. This should be informed by a new Cost Allocation Plan and should include recommendations for the revision, elimination, and/or implementation of development impact fees or development processing fees, where appropriate.

Proposals are due to the Development Services Department before 4:00 P.M., Thursday, May 11, 2023.
