Where are the Contract Specifications? The only only public file shown is the notice to contractors.

Answer

In order to view the Contract Specifications, you will either need to create a free account by clicking on the “Add me to the Planholder List (and view planholder documents” button on the bid page, or log into your existing account if you already have one. Once you are logged in, you will have access to the Contract Specifications.
