Note on plan sheet 6 calls to grind the exiting concrete gutter. Is this grind only needed at the beggining/end of the C&G to conform the asphalt or along the entire length of C&G?

Grinding is intended only at the beginning and end of the gutter overlay to key-in the overlay while maintaining positive drainage.
