On page 2, Scope of Work, refers to
1. Fertilization- what frequency, type, and rate of fertilizer application for trees and shrubs?
2. Manually watering newly planted trees with no irrigation- How many trees are planted annually that need hand watering? Are Gator bags utilized?
3. Erosion control- What are the expectations around erosion control?

Answer
1. No. Fertilizer is needed only when new tree/plant material has been planted. The existing plants and shrubs are established.
2. It is estimated that 5 - 10 trees, in the areas listed, are planted a year. Gator bags can be used.
3. Erosion control is used anytime, and practiced to prevent and protect land and water resources.
