Question
“Page 7 Section IV item 5. On page 4 it is noted that the future scope of work may include DD (Phase 3) and CDs (Phase 4). Does the cost/fee need to be provided for all 4 phases or just Phases 1 & 2?”
Answer
On page 4, that sentence is referencing that the project will proceed with Phases 3 and 4 once the preferred design alternative has been identified.
The consultant should provide a cost estimate for all 4 Phases, including as much cost information as they can provide based upon the information in the RFP.
